A New App From The Davos Real Estate Group Lets Clients Quickly Analyze Potential Investment Properties

The Davos Real Estate Group (REG), one of the Davos Financial Group companies, recently released an innovative app that allows users to input data from real estate they are considering purchasing, in order to estimate their return on the investment. Developed with Tecknolution, the app considers expenses when estimating potential returns. The Executive Director of Davos REG, Gerard González, work closely with Tecknolution on the app, which is available for both iPhone and Android devices. It is the first of several apps the company will make available for clients interested in investment properties in the United States.

Davos Financial Group CEO David Osio has said in interviews that his firm’s job is to mitigate risk in their client’s investment choices. The app cannot replace the advice of a real estate investment specialist, however, it does help clients take some initiative in understanding the risk of a potential investment. The Davos Financial Group always takes their client’s investment expectations into account when providing advice. Some clients prefer investments with the highest potential returns, while other clients prefer investment with minimum risk levels.

David Osio’s professional background makes him uniquely qualified to lead the Davos Financial Group. Using his degree in International Banking Law, Osio worked at the Caracas law firm, where he serviced corporate clients. Moving on to Banco Latino International in Miami, Osio’s talents were rewarded with the position of Vice President of Banking Commercial. At Banco Latino International, Osio significantly increased his client’s portfolios. Given his experience serving corporate clients in banking and law firms, Osio decided to start the Davos Financial Group, which consists of licensed companies in major cities around the world, each offering advice to select clients advice on risk and asset allocation. The company’s worldwide presence allows them to better serve high-net worth clients who need advice on expanding their business operations internationally.

Also a philanthropist, Osio supports a number of worthy organizations, including the Miami Symphony Orchestra and The Children’s Orthopedic Foundation. In each new city where a Davos Financial Group company begins operations, Osio finds charitable organizations, primarily those facilitating the arts, music and medical research, to support.

White Shark Media: Solving Problems

Customer complaints are always fun, right? White Shark Media, just as almost every other company on planet Earth, has had its fair share of said complaints. Well what are they doing about it? White Shark Media has gone above and beyond to solve any and all problems their customers/clients have encountered over the company’s upbringing.

When the company became operational in 2011, they quickly learned that a hands-on approach to their customers was a winning strategy. White Shark Media Complaints team has rapidly grown to a global company with 150 employees in three different countries.

The company has not forgotten its roots, and every one of their clients can call the direct extension of their contact person and that person’s supervisor. This allows for a constant, fluent flow of communication even if your direct contact person’s out of the office.

Let’s take a closer look at some of the complaints against White Shark Media, and how the company has evolved said complaints into a constructive building block to increase performance and satisfaction. One of the biggest complaints the company receives is that they do not offer SEO services. In lieu of, White Shark still provides the hands-on service they’re renowned for. Their senior staff will intervene and assist during your hunt for a legitimate and competent SEO company. White Shark Media’s campaigns are essentially aimed at starting from scratch.

Some complaints were issued that customers had better performance with their old campaigns versus White Shark Media’s optimized campaigns. Optimizing a customer’s campaign performance is the main operation for White Shark Media. To ensure success, White Shark Media will combine the old, still working campaign’s positive aspects with their own improvements. This process ensures an identical outcome for new customers, and gives White Shark Media the ability to make improvements as needed.

According to Disqus, White Shark Media has an exceptionally positive outlook when it comes to customer complaints. Unlike most companies around the world, White Shark Media doesn’t set out to quietly resolves said complaints. The company looks at a single complaint, and finds ways to not only solve their issues, but to benefit their customers simultaneously.

In conclusion, White Shark Media is essentially an evolved form of its original principles and still offers its clients with a safely watched and nurturing environment for their campaigns to thrive.

Shaygan Kheradpir: A CEO with a New Vision

Shaygan Kheradpir is someone that is looking to change things up in a fresh and exciting way. He knows that the old way of doing things just isn’t cutting it anymore and it’s time to spice things up and come in with a fresh and exciting way of looking at things. That is why he is the perfect person to be the CEO of Coriant. Kheradpir believes in reinventing what they are about and taking them to new levels. It won’t be the same old, same old with him. That has everyone in the company proud and excited to be working for Coriant. They know they have someone they can count on and trust and someone that will get the job done the right way.

What helps is his experience and he brings a ton of it to the table. Shaygan Kheradpir was once Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors at Juniper Networks. Before that, he spent time as the Chief Operations and Technology Officer at Barclays PLC and prior to that as Chief Information and Technical Officer at Verizon Communications. This shows that he can adapt and fit in at any level with any company. He isn’t a one-trick pony.

Having worked with Verizon, which is the nation’s number one network, Kheradpir knows the importance of producing something special instead of something that is simply run-of-the-mill and ordinary. He started his career with GTE back in 1987. So not only does he have the experience, but he has the years to back it up. He isn’t some newcomer. He has paid his dues the old fashioned way.

He will be the new CEO, taking over for Pat DiPietro, and he promises to bring his years of experience to the table and come out with a new approach that will help launch the company not only in the present but into the future as well. He doesn’t believe in setting limits for himself or the company. Kheradpir wants to see it expand and grow to heights it never thought possible. He’s been trained for the jobs, he’s had the experience, and he’s ready to put it to good use. It’s an exciting time to be working at Coriant.
